Autoclave Vulcanisation

To Vulcanised the rubber we are equipped autoclav Having size – 12 ft. Dia x 24 ft Long &, to maintain the vulcanisation procedure as per IS 4682 PART-I & BS 6374 under controlled steam pressure & temperature. We are equipped steam boilers having 450 kg/Hr at 10 kg/Cm2.

Quality Assurance

We have separate internal inspection department for stage wise internal inspection of each important step of end product.
